Once we receive your order, it will be carefully prepared for shipping at our warehouse, then shipped using RL Carriers or UPS Freight Transportation Company. Most orders are shipped the same day. Average transit time once the unit leaves our warehouse is 2 days. Actual delivery schedule will be determined based on destination. We routinely ship to businesses, terminals and warehouses. Either of our carriers RL or UPS freight will determine the exact shipping cost by calculating the weight and destination using their shipping calculators. Because we ship so much equipment, we are given a better discount in which we pass along to you as savings.

Your shipping price is based on the weight and distance of the shipment. Shipping cost will be applied to your product total. Average R+L Carrier rates for a package unit or split system is between $150-$195.00. For residential delivery add $45.00 and $95.00 for lift-gate .

UPON ARRIVAL OF YOUR SHIPMENTInspect each and every piece on the pallet. Count the number of boxes on the shipment. Make sure that you have every thing you ordered.
NOTE: DO NOT SIGN THE DELIVERY RECEIPT UNTIL YOU HAVE DETERMINED THAT YOUR SHIPMENT IS FREE OF SHIPPING DAMAGE. Occasional damage can occur but all orders are shipped fully insured. You must carefully inspect your equipment at the time of delivery with the driver present, as the carriers will not accept damage or shortage claims without a notation on the delivery receipt that damage or a shortage exists. The same applies when picking up at the terminal, inspect all packages for damage and missing items before departing with shipment.
